Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy includes an interactive processes between a person or group and a qualified mental health professional. The goal of treatment is to explore the thoughts, behaviour, and feelings on an individual for the purpose of achieving a high level of functioning. At P&C Rehabilitation Services our health professionals use a variety of techniques aimed at improving the mental health of our patients.
